About the video: This project was a collaborative effort between the owners of several Native activist websites. It took a year to compile all the images. It was just finished an hour ago, so Native Tube is the first to see this. The message is simple. What do Natives want? Just simple respect.

"I had several cultural activist groups send me the worst examples of minstrelsy they could find and I made of collage of examples from the present placed next to examples from the past. I'm trying to illustrate the racism (conscious or unconscious) behind playing Indian on a visual and emotional level. "
